Learn how herbs and medicinal mushrooms can be potent allies for preparation, psychedelic support and integration in this two hour workshop.
The second hour will be dedicated to making our own Agua de Florida (Florida Water) to take home. Agua de Florida is a fragrant blend of citrus flowers and other plant allies traditionally used ritually for purification, protection and clearing energy.
Aurora Ortiz (she/ella) is a holistic nurse, herbalist and graduate of the Berkeley Center for the Science of Psychedelics psychedelic facilitation certificate program. A lifelong student, Aurora is passionate about ancestral and traditional plant medicine and healing modalities. In her free time, Aurora can be found in the forest foraging for medicinal and edible plants and mushrooms, gardening, spending time with her family and friends, or reading a good book.
